Have had multiple cars repaired or for routine maintenance—tires, brakes, lights, air conditioning, oil change, probably some more I forgot! the team there always does a great job and treat us respectfully.
My husband and I had been going to Meineke for two years with no problems however, we recently brought my car in to check out a wheelbarring. The wheelbarring was fine but we were told that our rear brakes were metal on metal and they wanted $390 for the rear brakes, we declined as that is very high. My husband went to do my brakes this weekend.. the brakes and calipers were fine! I will never go back, they lost a good customer.

The staff is always respectful, professional and polite. They not only change the oil and top off the fluids, but also do a complete inspection of my car and email me areas needing attention. I choose what service I want to do. I love that I have an organization I can trust that is making sure my car is operating safely.
